This is the fourth part of Tips on Survival by Grey Wolf. Next week we’ll have a break from the series, but we will return to the last opisode of Survival after that
Tips on survival is almost over, next week the last part will be published. We will see how Grey Wolf manages to survive on his own on a virtual minefield. Stay tuned and don’t forget to vote
Is it just me or is the game making some of the players all-powerful? Yeah, it’s beta, but still it’s kinda awkward..
Plus, I somehow can’t see any CUSTOMISATION now. I mean, look at the trees, you take all the talents in one tree, leaving only two or three that are out of your play style (PvP for grinders etc), NOT changing the fact that you virtually take up everything else in the tree. Good for specialisation, fatal for customisation the game was so proud of.
Despite all this, I think the game experience will be better when all these changes are implemented. All the whining is caused mostly by that it is as great a transition from WoW to 4.0.1 as it was from Starcraft to Starcraft 2 – A totally new game
EDIT: It would seem that my computer isn’t too compatible with the latest release and has some issues while logging in – it pampers me with a beautiful polygon mosaic until it crashes. Wating for a hotfix..
EDIT2: Ok, it seems everything is in order now. However, 4.0.1 is still bugged as heck. We’ll see where it goes from here
Ok, I managed to optimilise the Likebox.. All’s configured manually but at least it works without displaying unnecessary info
This is what happens every time Blizzard announces a new patch. The little ones are terrified, the mighty pack their suitcases and everyone listenes to the announcement with a trembling heart. This is also true for our crew. Draco is ruthless when it comes to maintaining the high guild standards and kicks out everyone not meeting the standards. Unless it’s him this time..
Tips on survival will be back next week
Testing, testing.. is this thing on..?
Oh yeah, so umm.. This is the first blog entry on the page. I was kinda slacky about it, as all I needed to publish was always put in the comic comments. Now however, I’ll try using this place for off-comic babbling.
First of all, the new blog field that will be posted under the comic- that’s the only space on the page it may fit without problems.
Secondly, I’d like to intrduce you to the Facebook button I’ve been trying to configure for some time now. Unfortunately, it seems to be impervious to my hacking skills as well as official configuration. I’ll check on it later, but perhaps it’ll stay as it is (you must admit though that we don’t need the ‘feed’ field redirecting to this very page, right? ).
The third thing is expanding the width of Flag Counter. I had no idea so many different countries have visited the site already. It’s smaller now, but can display a lot more info.
Last, but not least, I’ve decided to create a lil’ spam wall. You wouldn’t believe how much of it I’ve been getting lately..
That’s all for now, I hope you’ll like the page
PS. Don’t forget to vote on the comic if you like it. I can’t stress enough how important that is!
This is the second episode of Tips on survival according to Grey wolf. Our unfortunate hero shows you how to find food, without which you can’t survive for long in the wilderness. Though his intentions were genuine, please, don’t do this at home.
One of the jokes in this comic was used later on to make our banner; many people told me it’s old as heck. Strange, I thought I created it myself. Oh well.. happens
